Every year my mom's family gets together for a very large family reunion in Olympia, WA. Most of the family comes for the potluck on Saturday, but there are also many that spend the entire weekend camping. This year Kent, Emma and I were able to attend the camp out and had lots of fun catching up with family members we do not get to see very often. This year was also a little different than in the past. With my grandma passing away recently, my family decided to have her memorial after the potluck so that way the entire family could attend. It was very casual, filled with lots of stories, a few tears, but mostly laughter. Grandma we love and miss you, but are happy you are at peace!
